No, we do not impose a surcharge for payment by credit card.
A lot of our centres are all now 24/7 access.
All our Gold Coast centres have undercover loading and unloading areas. Protecting you and your goods from the extreme weather conditions we experience on the Coast from time to time. 
Size does matter! You don't want to be paying for more space than you really need. You can speak to one of our trained storage professionals. They can help determine the right storage space for you by asking questions about your storage needs. Or you can use our Space Estimator to help you choose the size of your storage space. And if on the day it's not right we can change it!
Many of our centres have mini warehouses. Our Centres on the Gold Coast all have mini warehouse storage starting from 30 square metres.
These spaces can be used to run your business.
All of our locations also have Wi-Fi within our meeting rooms; this is complementary to our customers.
Every single Kennards Self Storage centre has a Box Shop for all your packing, moving and storing needs. Also, you do not have to store with us to take advantage of our Box Shop.

The majority of our centres on the Gold Coast have locker storage facilities. You can store your luggage with us. 1 storage locker can typically hold the contents of 9 large suitcases. Unfortunately our Baringa centre does not offer locker storage.
