The Kennards Self Storage family is excited to welcome you to its newest storage centre, located in Craigieburn, Victoria!

This purpose-built facility is situated within one of Melbourne’s busiest and most exciting growth corridors, with booming residential and industrial developments driving an ever-increasing demand for reliable storage solutions. A fantastic location right on the Hume Highway (and right next to an established Bunnings Warehouse) has Craigieburn centre ideally placed to service not only the developments in Donnybrook, Kalkallo, and Mickleham but also the established suburbs of Beveridge, Craigieburn, Wallan, and Wollert.

The centre is currently made up of four buildings, divided into 537 rentable storage units totalling 5,621 square metres. Three of those buildings are double-storey buildings fitted for self storage, with units ranging from 1.5m x 1.5m walk-in robes right up to 3m x 9m large garages – all with ceilings taller than 3m to give you some bonus vertical space – while the fourth is a single-storey building housing 16 enterprise spaces: 12 mini-warehouses measuring 6m x 9m and four measuring 9m x 9m. All the drive-up units at Kennards Self Storage Craigieburn come with a built-in, sensor-operated light, while the Enterprise spaces come with four built-in lights and a pre-installed power outlet (additional charges apply for usage).

Our beautiful showroom showcases KSS’s stunning new minimalistic design philosophy, with frameless glass doors providing office access to both storers and the public, a beautiful polished concrete floor, timber panelled walls and slats along the ceiling, and colourful LED lights making up our “Size It” area to help you visualise your space.

The Craigieburn centre also has all the bells and whistles you’ve come to expect from a Kennards Self Storage site: 24/7 access to all units; 24/7 security monitoring with 4K CCTV cameras in all common areas and individual door alarms to every unit; a fully-stocked Box Shop for all of your moving boxes and packing needs; freight and passenger hoists to service the upstairs units, trolleys and pallet jacks available at all times; an electric walk-behind forklift for those bigger moves; and a kitchenette offering free coffee, tea and high-speed internet access when you need a break. Our team completes comprehensive checks of the centre multiple times per day, showcasing Kennards Self Storage’s commitment to keeping the centre secure, clean, and well-maintained… even while it’s still got that “new centre smell”!
