Latest Update, Victoria commences Level 3 Lockdown from 8th July 2020.
The situation with Covid-19 is changing constantly and our company is adapting to this every day.
We are committed to the safety of our customers and employees, and also to sustaining the activities of the customers that use our services for a range of reasons. Despite the changes being implemented, all of the Kennards Self Storage team is committed to minimising any inconvenience and indeed will be providing an exceptional experience while also ensuring the highest level of safety.
Opening Hours – We remain open and are operating as normal. While many businesses have high contact with people, and are considered non-essential, self storage has very low contact. We are mindful that many of our customers support a range of industries that are essential. These include contractors, emergency activities, suppliers to health industry and also charities. We are a link in the chain of essential services and will endeavour to operate as normal.
Visitor Contact – We will continue to warmly welcome visits to our centres, while our teams will practice sensible distancing measures to anyone that arrives. Please understand that our greeting, while a bit removed remains genuinely warm and appreciative.
Hygiene – Our in store teams are undertaking a range of regular and thorough cleaning of common touch points. While hand sanitiser is also available.
Contactless Transactions – For some years we have had the capability for contactless transactions. Reserving and renting a storage unit can be completed online, even in-store without human contact. All storage payments can be completed online. We also encourage customers to adopt our auto-pay solution.
Our Box Shop remains open for the purchase of boxes, buy-backs and moving supplies.
We remember the importance of serving our customers at this time and appreciate that you have chosen Kennards Self Storage.
