Continuing on from the recent expansion in 2016, the Kennards Self Storage Waterloo facility located on 866 Bourke Street Waterloo, NSW 2017 has undergone a substantial facelift.
The before and after photos shows off the freshly painted façade that beams onto Bourke and O’Dea Street. With the increasing development of apartments in Waterloo, Zetland and Green Square the Kennards orange and blue building definitely stands out in the local landscape of the inner city.
The building was once occupied by Crown Crystals as early as 1915, renowned for their production in glass wear and medicine bottles. The building was then occupied by Millers Self Storage and was converted into Kennards Self Storage in 2004.
The archived pictures show that the outside of the building structurally has not changed that much from then to now.
Complementing the exterior update, the relaunch of the Concierge Service is proving to be a valuable addition to the services offered at the centre. Deliveries are kept in the Parcel Pick up and Drop off area for 48hrs free of charge. Customers enjoy the benefits of being contacted when their delivery arrives, there is also a drop off point to leave goods that require pick up from couriers. Making the process of dropping and picking up deliveries fast and seamless.
Access is available 24 hours through personal pin accessed gates. CCTV cameras operate across the centre providing added security. Customers choose Kennards for their flexible payment options, No Lease, No Bond and No Legals.
